We're happy to introduce another great way to show off your projects and save even more when shopping online with us, through our new fabric, costume contests feature.

This Halloween, we ran our first-ever, costume contest. Five winners were selected to received a $25 coupon in the area's of creativity, sewing skill, resourcefulness (in their use of recycled items for instance), children, and pets.

The winners have been posted below from our first, Halloween Costume contest. There were a ton of amazing costumes submitted to us and it was extremely tough to settle on just one winner from each of the three initial categories, so we added two additional categories under children and pets. We selected the winners based on originality, creativity, skill-level, style, and photo quality (sorry but some of the photo's weren't sufficient for viewing on the Web).

We realize that the submission process was a tad-bit confusing, so our apologies again for this and also that our categories could have been better defined.
